O Capacita Cultura oferece formação para mestres de capoeira, artistas de hip hop e grafiteiros. O curso visa preparar agentes culturais periféricos para desenvolver propostas de ação e acessar editais de fomento à cultura, promovendo a valorização das expressões artísticas afro-brasileiras e indígenas.
